You own the social and brand awareness work behind one EAiSER city launch: the content, the copy, and the order it runs in. You work directly with the founding team, and you use AI tools daily to draft, adapt, and iterate. The content you produce is published for real audiences in real cities, so you leave with a campaign you can point to and explain, start to finish.

The role

Social Media & Brand Awareness Associate1 opening

Single-level role with no ladder. You own one project end to end.

Paid, 80-hour, project-based roles run with university career centres. Shorter than the main programme by design, so the funding fits a single term.

What you'll do

Build the full content package for a city launch: short-form video cuts, static posts, and the captions that go with them
Write the platform copy and adapt one core message across channels without losing the brand voice
Set the posting sequence and make the call on what leads, what supports, and what each piece is meant to do
Use AI tools to draft, iterate, and generate variants quickly, then edit for brand voice and accuracy
Present the finished campaign and your reasoning to the growth team, packaged and ready to publish
