You own the research on a defined set of target cities: how the relevant departments are structured, who the decision-makers are, when budget cycles open, and how residents report non-emergency issues today. You turn that into briefs the outreach team uses when it reaches out, and leave with a real example of business-to-government research you can walk someone through.

You source, qualify, and prepare opportunities. All closing presentations and agreement signatures are handled by MomntumAI leadership — interns never sign or close deals.

The role

Single-level role with no ladder. You own one project end to end.

Paid, 80-hour, project-based roles run with university career centres. Shorter than the main programme by design, so the funding fits a single term.

What you'll do

Research your assigned target cities: department structures, service ownership, and the reporting channels in use today
Identify decision-makers and map the full path from first contact to the person who signs off
Document timing signals: budget cycles, council calendars, and procurement windows
Assess where EAiSER fits in each city and suggest a priority order
Deliver qualified city briefs and a contact map the outreach team can use
